  Matariki Rhythmz has launched in Aukilani and is set to offer high school students in the region the opportunity to shine on stage in music and dance. The event offers students the chance to express their Nesian cultures as well as their urban mix. It has been pondered whether this could be a perfect platform for those Polyfest groups who wished to contemporise their Poly rhythmz into more of a hip-hop mashup. American Samoa’s production line of talent supplying the ‪#‎NFL‬ looks set to continue as 22 high school seniors were offered football scholarships to colleges and universities in the USA. ‪#‎NesianSports‬‪#‎beastmode‬ ‪#‎borntoplay‬ ‪#‎hamopride‬ All of the teenagers were members of the American Samoa Senior All Stars team that competed in the Junior Prep Sports Classic last month.
